CODE OF ETHICS

We have established company guidelines, in the form of our Code of Ethics which form the basis of how we conduct our business. These standards are applied uniformly across our group companies.

Our Code of Ethics sets out a series of ethical policies and principles of conduct to be followed by all aour group companies and applies to all directors, officers and employees.

The Company is committed to the maintenance of high ethical standards in its dealings with all persons with whom it is involved.

We recognise that our activities have an impact on the environment and endeavor to take steps to manage this in a responsible and appropriate manner.
Our aim is to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all employees and to minimise the impact of our group companies' operations on the environment. As such, the main guiding principles of our policy focus on reducing employee injury and illness rates, minimising waste generation and preventing pollution, reducing energy consumption and recycling.
