Further to yesterday's announcements in relation to the Company's change of
name, the Company is pleased to confirm that its change of name to B.S.D. Crown
Ltd has now become effective on the London Stock Exchange. Accordingly, the
Company's TIDM (ticker symbol) has also changed to BSD.

For the avoidance of doubt all future correspondence will be under the name
B.S.D. Crown Ltd.
