Internet Share Dealing Service:
This service provides you with a simple way to sell or purchase shares (subject to availability) on the London Stock Exchange. Real time trading is available during market hours (0800 to 1630 Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). In addition there is a convenient facility to place a sale instruction outside of market hours.
The fee for this service will be 1% of the value of each sale or purchase of shares (subject to a minimum of £30);
Limit orders (available for sales only) - there are no additional charges for this service; Stamp duty of 0.5% is also payable on all purchases.
Before you can trade, you will need to register for the service.
Telephone Share Dealing Service:
Our Telephone Share Dealing Service offers you a simple way to sell or purchase shares (subject to availability).
This service is available Monday-Friday from 0800 to 1630 hours excluding Bank holidays, where a professional agent will be pleased to assist you.
Please note that due to the regulations in the UK, we are required to check that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions before being able to register you for the service, which could delay your first telephone trade. If you are resident in the UK or Ireland and wish to trade quickly, we recommend visiting our website and registering online.
The fee for this service will be 1% of the value of the transaction plus £35.
Stamp duty of 0.5% is also payable on all purchases.
